MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your enrollment in and use of the Aureon Recovery Club (the "Club"), operated by House of Brands Group LLC (d/b/a "Sleep Luxury") ("Sleep Luxury", "we", "our"). By enrolling, you accept this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies, including the Return and Refund Policy.

1. Enrollment

To enroll, you must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and provide a valid payment method. You represent that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it. Enrollment is confirmed by email.

2. Free Trial

New members are eligible for a 14-day free trial beginning on the enrollment date ("Trial Period"). During the Trial Period you may access Club benefits at no monthly charge. If you do not cancel before the Trial Period ends, your membership automatically converts to paid at $29.90 per month.


To cancel during the Trial Period and avoid any charge, cancel in your account portal or email hello@sleepluxuryguide.com before the end of day 14 of your Trial Period.

3. Membership Fee and Automatic Renewal

The Club is priced at $29.90 per month, or such other price as disclosed to you at checkout at the time of enrollment (which shall govern if different), charged automatically to your payment method on the same calendar day each month (the "Billing Date"), beginning the day the Trial Period ends. Your membership will automatically renew each month until you cancel.


Sleep Luxury may change the fee with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. You may cancel before the new fee takes effect if you do not agree.

4. Pre-Renewal Reminder (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, we will send you a reminder at least 3 days and no more than 21 days before each automatic renewal charge, disclosing the charge amount and how to cancel.

5. Member Benefits

Members receive:


•  Monthly $10 account credit, redeemable on any purchase on sleepluxuryguide.com, issued on each successful monthly billing;

•  Access to the exclusive VIP Collection with up to 80% off standard prices;

•  25% off lifetime across the main catalog;

•  Free standard shipping on eligible orders;

•  1-year product warranty on eligible items;

•  Access to the Recovery Vault — digital audios, guides, videos, and progress tracker;

•  Priority customer support.

Benefits and their terms may be updated at any time with notice posted on our website.

6. Credits

Monthly credits are issued on successful billing and are available through your account. Credits do not accrue cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and expire 90 days after issuance. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation and are non-refundable.

7. Digital Benefits

Digital benefits (audios, guides, videos, tracker, Recovery Vault content) are delivered to your account and are considered provided and consumed upon enrollment. You expressly acknowledge and consent that performance of digital content begins immediately upon enrollment and waive any right of withdrawal with respect to digital content to the extent permitted by law. Digital benefits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time:

•  Online: log into your account and use the "Cancel Membership" button in the membership portal; or

•  Email: send a cancellation request to hello@sleepluxuryguide.com from the email associated with your account. Cancellation is effective when we confirm it by reply.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to Club benefits until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

9. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except where required by law or expressly granted by Sleep Luxury. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy. Digital benefits are non-refundable as set forth in Section 7.

10. Failed Payments

If a recurring billing attempt fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times within 7 days and notify you by email after each failed attempt. If payment is not successfully collected within 7 days of the first failed attempt, your membership will be placed in a lapsed state, benefits will be suspended, and account credits may be frozen until payment is resolved.

11. Eligibility and Account Accuracy

You agree to maintain accurate contact, billing, and shipping information in your account. Sleep Luxury is not responsible for delays, missed benefits, or lost communications caused by out-of-date information.

12. Changes to Benefits and Terms

Sleep Luxury may modify Club benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued membership after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination by Sleep Luxury

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, fraud, abuse of benefits, excessive returns, repeated chargebacks, or at our discretion. Terminated members are not entitled to refunds of fees paid prior to termination.

14. Disclaimers

Membership benefits are provided "AS IS." Sleep Luxury makes no warranty that any specific product, content, or outcome will be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleep Luxury' total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to Sleep Luxury in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. See Section 13 of our Terms of Service for full limitations.

16. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement is subject to the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in Section 15 of our Terms of Service, including the 30-day right to opt out of arbitration.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions, venue lies in Palm Beach County, Florida.

18. Miscellaneous

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sleep Luxury regarding the Club and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between you and Sleep Luxury relating to the Club. Nothing in this Agreement creates or shall be interpreted as creating a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Sleep Luxury. If Sleep Luxury does not enforce any right or provision in this Agreement, such inaction will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If a court determines that any portion of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law. You may not assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under it without the express prior written approval of Sleep Luxury. This Agreement will benefit and bind Sleep Luxury' successors, assigns, and licensees. Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall have no legal or contractual effect.
